Your initial consultation is a comprehensive deep dive into your health, covering all aspects of your wellbeing. We discuss your presenting concerns, diet, lifestyle, medications, supplements, medical history, and any other factors impacting your health.

As an evidence-based practitioner, I use pathology and functional testing to understand your unique chemistry, providing a strong foundation for targeted, clinically effective treatment. Functional tests eliminate the guesswork in managing symptoms by identifying the root cause. By the end of this appointment, you’ll have an actionable plan and the confidence to start your healing journey, with a personalised treatment plan to follow.

Your second appointment will usually be scheduled within 6 weeks of your initial consultation. We use this time to review your pathology results and discuss the findings in detail. Throughout this session, we will have identified key issues and clinically relevant data pertaining to any underlying reasons for your health problems.

During this review we will establish goals, as well as create specific diet and lifestyle recommendations. These are combined with an evidence-based prescription, including nutraceuticals and herbal medicine where necessary.

Your third appointment, as well as any subsequent follow-up appointments provide an opportunity to review progress and ensure you remain on track. During this session we will discuss your long-term health goals and make any necessary changes to your treatment plan for achieving optimal results. 

You can now purchase the full naturopathic treatment protocol as a package option. This treatment package includes three telehealth appointments (your initial consultation, pathology review and one follow-up appointment).
